THE FIRST PV CONNECTORS FOR HARSH ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

Requirements for operating electrical installations in ambient temperatures over 70°C or at altitudes higher than 6,500 feet differ from the requirements for standard installations due to the different climate conditions. Yet, it is precisely in areas with such harsh conditions, like deserts and high mountain ranges, that offer large spaces and optimal solar radiation for efficient photovoltaic systems. STÄUBLI EXTENDS THE COMBITAC DIREQT PRODUCT PORTFOLIO

Stäubli Electrical Connectors launches a new module for the latest CombiTac direqt modular connector generation, the Last Mate First Break Module (LMFB). The modules are used for monitoring purposes and indicate whether a CombiTac direqt is fully connected.

The weaving mill “Tessitura Nesi Fausto & Nesi Silvano,” in Montale, Italy mill invested in a fully equipped SAFIR S60 drawing-in machine with all Active Warp Control options, including the yarn sorting feature.
