Bürkert Fluid Control Systems has developed a particularly lean actuator series (Type 2053) to automatically operate ball valves and butterfly valves, even in space-critical applications. The rotary actuators in stainless steel housings are suitable for the ELEMENT control heads, positioners and process controllers and enable intelligent decentralised automation.
Thanks to the new IO-Link communication interface, the universal valve control head Type 8681 from Bürkert Fluid Control Systems ensures cost-effective data transfer for Industry 4.0 applications in the processing sector. Operating data and diagnostic data are now always available at control level and enable simple start-up, online parameterisation and preventive maintenance.
Bürkert Fluid Control Systems has developed a new pressure controller for gases. It ensures stable pressure conditions inside the dosing tank, thereby allowing even the smallest of quantities to be dosed with a high level of precision. As a result, the fluidics expert offers coordinated system components for time-pressure dosing from a single source. Customers profit from a shorter development period. Further, the digital variant enables automated documentation.
The Bürkert valve island Type 8653 AirLINE Field with protection class IP65/IP67 allows the installation of pneumatic pilot valves directly on-site at the process valves without a control cabinet. This enhances flexibility for the integration into the respective automation concept, reduces installation costs and saves valuable space in the production facilities.
For the first time, the intelligent positioners Type 8694 and Type 8791 are also available with an IO-Link interface. Bürkert Fluid Control Systems is the first supplier to offer its customers simple and, at the same time, intelligent networking of control valves at field level. Operating and diagnostic data is therefore always available at process control level and can be utilised for preventive maintenance.
