The new edition follows the company’s Sustainability Brochure 2022 and Sustainability Report 2023, and is prepared in line with GRI Standards.
“We are proud to present the Vici & C. S.p.A. Sustainability Report, which represents the continuation of the activities begun in recent years,” said Luca Vici, CEO of Vicivision. “This is another important milestone in our sustainability journey, coordinated by the Sustainability Committee, which, with perseverance, determination and daily commitment, pushes us to continuously improve our company and the environment that surrounds us.”
The report highlights how, despite a year marked by global uncertainty and a reduction in turnover, Vicivision maintained investments in sustainability, innovation, and people. The company celebrated more than nine consecutive years without a single workplace injury, reaching 3,389 days incident-free. It also achieved a nearly 20 percent cut in electricity consumption compared to 2023, thanks to a relamping project that saved over 152,000 kWh.
Environmental impact was further reduced through lower consumption of raw materials, including plastics, electronic equipment, cables, and sheet metal. Waste generation also declined compared to the previous year. Vicivision joined the DHL GoGreen Plus program, which promotes the use of sustainable aviation fuel in transport, and continued its involvement in the Rivending initiative, recycling coffee cups to help avoid unnecessary CO₂ emissions.
Governance remains a cornerstone of Vicivision’s sustainability strategy. The company’s Code of Ethics underpins a culture of fairness, transparency, and integrity, while its governance framework emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and gender equality. These commitments are reflected in policies and practices designed to foster an equitable workplace, promote professional growth, and ensure long-term value creation for all stakeholders.
Social responsibility is equally central. In 2024, no complaints were registered regarding customer privacy or data loss, reflecting Vicivision’s ongoing commitment to trust and accountability. These achievements demonstrate that sustainability is not treated as an isolated initiative but as an integral part of corporate culture, guiding decisions on governance, environmental responsibility, and community support.
Looking ahead, Vicivision remains committed to building on these results. “Change does not have a map,” added Vici. “It gains importance only when built together. Thanks to all our people who, every day, walk the road of change with us, with confidence and uniqueness.”
