Carrier Transicold will spotlight the OptimaLINE™ container refrigeration system, which has sold more than 25,000 units globally thanks to its exceptional efficiency across various operating conditions. Carrier Transicold will also present its EverFRESH® active controlled atmosphere (CA) technology, which enables precise management of oxygen and carbon dioxide levels within refrigerated containers, slowing the ripening process and extending the shelf life of goods. In combination, OptimaLINE and EverFRESH safeguard the quality of high-value perishables over longer voyages, improve supply chain resilience and reduce energy consumption and costs.
“Global shipping demands intelligent cold chain solutions that deliver advanced precision, enhanced control and consistent reliability to navigate the complexities of a rapidly evolving logistics landscape,” said Jean-Marie Carvalho, Vice President & General Manager, Global Container, Carrier Transicold. “With the combination of OptimaLINE and EverFRESH, we empower growers, exporters and shipping lines with greater operational flexibility and smarter cargo management, enabling them to power today’s cold chain with the technology of tomorrow.”
Also on display will be Carrier’s powerful Lynx Fleet platform, which allows for real-time monitoring of connected refrigeration systems from anywhere in the world. Carrier recently announced that Carrier Ventures made a strategic investment in Net Feasa, a pioneer in wireless IoT connectivity and vessel network technology. Its Vessel Control Tower™ technology combines with Lynx Fleet to help shipping lines make faster, data-driven decisions that protect cargo, improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Carrier Transicold will participate in a panel discussion at Intermodal Europe 2025, “Loss prevention and resilience: A guide to protecting your cargo,” on Oct. 22. Panelists will discuss risk mitigation strategies, collaborative supply chain frameworks and ESG considerations to enhance the resilience, adaptability and security of container logistics in the face of rising global uncertainties.
