Delta, a global leader in power and smart green solutions, will unveil its new Delta D-Bot Robotics Platform at SPS 2025 in Nuremberg, offering scalable, cost-effective, and sustainable smart factory automation to global enterprises and SMEs (small to mid-sized enterprises). Developed for seamless integration across production, logistics, and assembly, the Delta D-Bot Platform Series unites all systems under one common architecture. By integrating NVIDIA Omniverse libraries and, NVIDIA Isaac Sim open-source, reference robotics simulation framework, Delta is able to help customers accelerate time-to-market, enhance productivity and quality control, and lower production costs.
Michael Mayer-Rosa, Head of Intelligent Robot System and Senior Director of the Industrial Automation Business Group at Delta Electronics EMEA, said: “With the Delta D-Bot Robotics Platform, we are consolidating our robotics expertise under one roof. Delta will also showcase the Cobot’s integration with NVIDIA Omniverse, a collection of open libraries and APIs for developing physical AI—from industrial-scale digital twins to robotics simulation and validation. Together with our strong ecosystem, we aim to help customers identify the right combination of Delta D-Bot technologies and partner solutions to unlock the full potential of modern industrial automation.”
Smarter Human - Robot Collaboration with the Cognibot-Kit
Delta’s new Cognibot-Kit enhances the Delta D-Bot Series with advanced cognitive intelligence enabling voice commands, gesture control, and contextual responses. Its functionality continues to evolve through access to the Neuraverse. At the core of the system is the Power AI Box, a compact edge computing module that delivers high-speed data processing directly within the workspace. Connected to the Neuraverse cloud, the Cognibot-Kit evolves continuously, gaining new capabilities and improving performance over time.

● Intelligent, real-time adaptation to dynamic workflows
Digital Twin Technology with NVIDIA Omniverse
, Delta is redefining robotics development through digital twin technology. Since late 2024, Delta has integrated NVIDIA Omniverse libraries and NVIDIA Isaac Sim into the Delta D-Bot Robotics Platform, allowing engineers to design, simulate, and validate complex automation systems in a fully virtual environment.
These digital simulations replicate real-world physics and motion, enabling complete testing of robotic workflows before deployment. This reduces commissioning time, shortens development cycles, and minimizes costs associated with on-site adjustments. At SPS 2025, Delta will demonstrate its “Real-to-Sim and Sim-to-Real” workflows, illustrating how digital twins help businesses reduce effort, cut costs, and optimize production, logistics, and quality control. Through this initiative, Delta continues to lead in the digitalization of robotics engineering, empowering customers to innovate and increase productivity at every stage of their automation journey.
Enhanced Safety and Precision with Waveye Radar Technology
Safety remains a core pillar of Delta’s automation philosophy. With Waveye as its newest Eco-Partner, Delta expands its Platform with a next-generation radar-based safety system that enhances human-machine collaboration.
The Waveye imaging radar precisely distinguishes between humans and machines, adding intelligent protection while preserving operational efficiency. Seamlessly integrated into the Delta D-Bot family, it can be quickly installed and configured within existing safety frameworks.
By detecting human presence before contact occurs, the system enables immediate intervention to prevent incidents without impacting robot performance. This enables safety and productivity in shared workspaces where people and robots work together.
With Waveye radar technology, Delta strengthens its leadership in safe, flexible, and intelligent automation, protecting workers while maintaining precision and performance in modern industry.
