binder is expanding its M8 connector range with new flange connectors featuring a solder connection, adding another highly flexible option for customised connection solutions. The robust, space-saving design is aimed at applications that require customer-specific cable lengths, manual wiring, or small-series production, particularly in automation and robotics.

Expanding the proven M8 portfolio
binder already offers M8 flange connectors with dip-solder, wire and cable connection options. The newly introduced solder-bucket variant further extends configuration possibilities, allowing users to tailor assemblies precisely to application needs. This is especially valuable where standard cable assemblies fall short or where rapid adaptations and repairs are required.

Despite their compact size, the new M8 flange connectors ensure reliable signal transmission and are fully compatible with existing M8 sensor and actuator interfaces, making them easy to integrate into established systems.

Designed for tight installation spaces
The connectors are ideally suited for automation and conveyor technology, sensor/actuator cabling, and measurement and testing systems. In robotic applications with limited installation space, the solder-connection design enables efficient, precise wiring without compromising performance.
