Rollon Launches CLTA Modular Circular Motion System
The CLTA system enables configurable oval and rectangular motion paths for automation lines using standardized, belt-driven components.

Rollon has introduced CLTA, a new modular belt-driven circular motion system designed for automation applications requiring flexible layouts, moderate loads, and consistent motion performance. Derived from the existing CLT track platform, CLTA enables oval and rectangular trajectories to be built from standardized components without custom machining or complex assembly.
The system is based on a rigid three-level structural design that integrates pulleys and the drive belt into a stable base. This architecture supports dimensional stability while allowing users to configure motion paths through modular elements. CLTA can be delivered either as individual components for machine integration or as a fully assembled unit, reducing engineering effort, lead time, and installation complexity.
CLTA is intended for applications such as test and inspection systems, bottling and packaging lines, high-speed conveyors, medical equipment, and multi-station assembly processes, where repeatable motion, long service life, and layout flexibility are critical.
To support durability and motion quality, the system uses ground raceways to reduce friction, vibration, and noise. The raceways are nitrided to increase surface hardness and resistance to wear and corrosion, contributing to stable performance under continuous operation. Carriages can be fitted with lubricated wipers for dusty or contaminated environments, and an optional automatic lubrication system can be added via transverse lubrication channels to reduce maintenance demands.
For applications requiring accurate positioning, CLTA offers optional carriage indexing to provide controlled, repeatable positioning along the motion path.
With CLTA, Rollon expands its portfolio of modular circular motion solutions, providing a configurable platform that supports modern automation requirements while maintaining mechanical precision and reliability.
