Bureau Veritas will acquire a majority stake in McKenzie Group as part of its Global Building & Infrastructure Strategy
MELBOURNE – Bureau Veritas, global leaders in testing, inspection and certification, announced today that it has completed a 65% equity stake in McKenzie Group Consulting Pty Ltd, a leading provider of building certification services to the Australian market.
The addition of McKenzie Group enhances Bureau Veritas' offering to customers with a diverse and comprehensive portfolio of services, including; building surveying and compliance risk management, consulting services, building certification and accessibility services across Australia. Furthermore, it serves construction companies and developers as well as clients with property portfolios.
