Acbel Showcases High-Power EV Charging Solutions as Poland’s DC Fast-Charging Network Expands
Acbel will present scalable DC charging power modules and an 11kW passively cooled 2-in-1 on-board power solution at New Mobility Congress 2026 in Katowice, covering both charging infrastructure and vehicle applications.

Acbel Polytech, a global provider of advanced power solutions, will participate in New Mobility Congress 2026, taking place from 23 to 25 September in Katowice, Poland. At the exhibition, Acbel will showcase a passively cooled 11kW integrated on-board power solution, alongside 40kW and 60kW power modules for DC fast chargers, highlighting its portfolio spanning on-board power conversion and EV charging infrastructure.
Poland’s electric mobility market and charging infrastructure have expanded rapidly in recent years, driven by continued policy support and public investment. According to the Polish New Mobility Association (PSNM), the number of publicly accessible DC charging points in Poland increased by 65% year on year in 2025, reflecting a clear shift towards DC fast charging and higher-power charging infrastructure. The Polish government is also continuing to strengthen the country’s charging network. In May 2026, it increased first-round funding for grid infrastructure supporting high-power public charging stations to PLN 1.42 billion, approximately €327 million, providing further support for the expansion of high-power charging networks.

At the exhibition, Acbel will showcase its 40kW and 60kW DC charging power modules, which serve as core power conversion units within DC fast chargers. Multiple modules can be connected in parallel to enable charger configurations across different power classes, including scalable DC fast-charging systems above 150kW. The modules offer a wide output voltage range of 150V to 1,000V and peak efficiency exceeding 97%, enabling compatibility with a broad range of EV battery pack voltages while maintaining high system efficiency. These capabilities are designed to help charging equipment manufacturers address rapidly growing demand for DC fast charging and higher-power charging systems.
For on-board applications, Acbel will also present its passively cooled 11kW 2-in-1 power solution, which integrates an on-board charger (OBC) and DC/DC converter into a single unit. Its passive cooling architecture requires neither a liquid-cooling loop nor a dedicated cooling fan, helping reduce thermal management complexity and simplify vehicle integration. Acbel will also display on-board power products for 400V and 800V vehicle architectures, demonstrating its power conversion capabilities across both vehicle applications and charging infrastructure.
