CASE enters European sub-80hp backhoe loader market with new 550SV
CASE is entering the European sub-80hp backhoe loader segment for the first time with the new 550SV. Developed as a straightforward, productive and cost-effective machine, the 550SV is designed for construction, municipal and rental applications, with a specification focused on the practical requirements of this segment.

"We have entered the sub-80 Hp backhoe loader market for the first time in Europe with the launch of the 550SV. A segment which is particularly significant in regions such as Iberia, the UK and Eastern Europe," said Umberto Celestini, Backhoe Loaders Product Manager at CASE Construction Equipment. "The 550SV has been engineered with an intentionally lean, focused and highly practical specification that is perfectly aligned with the expectations of this sector of the market."

The 550SV is powered by a 2.8-litre four-cylinder diesel engine producing 74hp (55kW). The EU Stage V engine uses a Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) and Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) after-treatment system, without the need for Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) or AdBlue®, helping to simplify maintenance.
Despite its positioning in the lower horsepower segment, the 550SV incorporates features designed to support productivity and versatility. An extendable dipper arm with in-line cylinder design provides enhanced visibility and reach, while the front loader features mechanical parallel lift and can be equipped with a range of attachments.

Ride Control is available to improve operator comfort and bucket material retention during load-and-carry operations. A load-sensing hydraulic system with a variable displacement pump delivers hydraulic flow as required, while the standard Powershuttle transmission provides smooth direction changes.
The operator environment includes a digital instrument cluster, with LED working lights, Bluetooth radio and air conditioning fitted as standard. Customers can further configure the machine with options including hydraulic breaker lines, a bi-directional auxiliary hydraulic circuit and standard, 4-in-1 or 6-in-1 loader buckets.

TL100EV brings electric power to compact applications
CASE is also expanding its range of electric utility machines with the all-new TL100EV electric mini track loader.
Designed for landscaping, urban and farming applications, the TL100EV combines electric power with a 1.3-tonne tipping load and high manoeuvrability, making it suitable for applications where low noise and zero tailpipe emissions are important.
Three independent electric motors — two for ground drive and one for the hydraulics — provide power for demanding multi-function tasks. The machine is compatible with a wide range of attachments through its Common Industry Interface coupling system.

The TL100EV is available in wide- and narrow-track configurations. The wide-track version measures 1026mm in overall width, increasing to 1067mm with the bucket, while the narrow-track version measures 890mm, or 914mm with the bucket. This enables the machine to work in confined spaces and applications requiring lower ground pressure. Non-marking rubber tracks are also available for indoor applications.
User-adjustable electro-hydraulic joystick controls and a front console monitor allow operators to configure and control the machine to suit the task.

Compact wheel loader range receives major operator-focused upgrades
CASE has also enhanced its 221G and 321G compact wheel loaders, bringing operator comfort, visibility and ergonomic improvements introduced on the larger 421G to the wider G-Series line-up.

Both models are available in standard-speed 20kph and high-speed 40kph versions. The 321G is available with either the standard Z-Bar kinematic or an Extended Reach (XR) loader arm, allowing customers to select the configuration suited to their application.

A new Deluxe cab is now standard on both models, providing a more spacious operator environment with relocated controls, improved visibility and enhanced ergonomics. The seat-mounted control console places primary machine functions within easy reach, while the adjustable steering column and integrated joystick, keypad and controls further improve ease of operation.
Visibility has also been enhanced, with a redesigned right-hand door and sliding upper window, a 20% increase in front windscreen glazing and a 71% increase in glazed door surface area. Additional side glazing and a lowered front console further improve sightlines around the machine.

The updated G-Series models also incorporate CASE smart features designed to improve efficiency and reduce operator fatigue. Operators can customise loader arm and bucket responsiveness, while ECO mode and cruise control can help reduce fuel consumption during transport and repetitive tasks. Automated functions including Return-to-Dig, travel and lift-height detents further streamline repetitive loading cycles.
