Faiveley Transport Customer Services have signed with AAE in Switzerland a 5 years multi Million Euros contract for the overhaul of the Faiveley Transport brake systems for 4,400 freight wagons.
The logistics and the component overhaul, including transport to and from the AAE European workshops from Sweden to Italy, will be organised by the Faiveley Customer Services team.
This contract is a significant step forward for the development of the Faiveley newly introduced German Service Centre. The French and Swedish Faiveley teams will also support this project through their own respective area of expertise.
Once again this success demonstrates that the strategy of industrial excellence and optimisation of the maintenance costs is recognised and appreciated by Faiveley customers. It also confirms that the development of the Faiveley Service Team and Faiveley Service capabilities in Germany is in line with market expectations.
