RS Components signs franchised distribution agreement with CTS to accelerate availability of electronic components in Europe

CTS products now available from RS include frequency control devices, electromechanical switches, speciality resistors and thermal products.

LONDON, UK, xx Month 2019 – RS Components (RS), the trading brand of Electrocomponents plc (LSE: ECM), a global multi-channel distributor, has signed a franchised distribution agreement with CTS Corporation to support its Electronic Components Group in Europe. Customers across the region will consequently gain faster access through RS to a broad range of electronic devices designed and manufactured by CTS, targeted for use in the transportation, industrial, medical and communications sectors.

The CTS components now in stock at RS include frequency control products such as crystals, oscillators and timing modules; electromechanical devices such as DIP, rotary selector and tactile switches, as well as control components including encoders and variable resistors; speciality resistors such as current sense resistors and resistor networks; and a range of thermal management products including heatsinks and thermal interface materials.
