New cart: More mobility and versatility for marking machines

SIC Marking launches a new cart (trolley for portable marking machines) to improve user mobility and autonomy when performing marking on heavy, bulky or hard-to-access parts.

New cart: More mobility and versatility for marking machines
The new pack cart+ P122 / P62 can carry marking machine effortlessly. When parts are too heavy or too large to be moved, the operator grabs the cart handle and goes to the part for marking.

Designed specifically for P62andP122 marking systems, the cart features easy access to the marking gun and its controller. The battery makes the system completely autonomous and makes it easier for outdoor marking activities.

P62/P122 guns can take an optional magnetic front plate, or a special one to accommodate all types of parts, even the most complex.

This new cart offers many advantages: improved weight distribution makes it easy to handle with one hand. The chassis has been designed with oversized sections to meet the most stringent constraints. The wheels are filled with foam to eliminate flat tire problems. Reinforced mid-sized wheels allow marking operations in outdoor storage spaces. Foam handles provide improved grip. A powerful battery can supply energy for a long shift (standard use) without recharging (option for model e8p62/e8p122). The pack cart+P122/P62 is stable. Its ultra-rigid base and its low centre of gravity ensure stability and avoid the assembly from tipping over.

Finally, this new cart improves safety: the cart prevents workers from carrying the controller and the hand-held unit, thus reducing the risk of accidents.

The pack cart+ P122 / P62 is the solution for working “on the move”, particularly when the marking job is done outside the workshop (picking space) or when the parts are difficult to handle or when the marking is done on several places on production lines versatility remains is a key point. Issues such as these are encountered in various industries like steel production, the nuclear industry, the offshore oil industry, or heavy engineering.

Some of our customers: Arcelor, Mittal, Manitowoc, VAM Drilling Industry, Gerab, Europipe or Pryde.
