VARAN Analyzer VA 011

Comfortably Analyze Real-time Ethernet Communication.

To monitor and analyze a real-time Ethernet VARAN bus, SIGMATEK offers the VA 011. The VARAN Analyzer VA 011 in S-DIAS format seamlessly and cyclically precise records all real-time process values directly from the machine. With the VA 011, the user always has the transmission performance of the VARAN bus in hand.

The VA 011 comprehensively displays all communication events in hard realtime: Important data, such as process values, network load, telegram jitter, cycle and run time can be recorded without backlash on the network or PLC. The data are output over a Gigabit Ethernet port. Possible connection breaks in the industrial Ethernet network are therewith immediately visible. Errors can be quickly identified and corrected.

The VARAN Analyzer can be connected to a free VARAN port during active operation. If no port is available, an existing VARAN bus connection can be disconnected and the analyzer added.

The VARAN service tool provides a broad range of analysis functions – all data can therefore be analyzed, evaluated and further processed at the moment of communication. This enables a precise statement about the quality of the network and project cycles. The VA 011 can be connected with other analysis programs such as Wireshark.
