Hutchinson PSS has been developing and manufacturing rotating magnetic rings for automotive and industrial markets since 25 years. To complete the range of speed and position measurements solutions, Hutchinson has developed a custom-made sensor for extreme environments.

Dymeo^® is an absolute angular position sensor based on the Eddy-Currents technology. It detects the angular position of a patented metal target without contact and in absolute terms. The accuracy of measurement with high resolution is guaranteed.

The robustness of Dymeo^® sensor makes it suitable for extreme environments and offers optimized performances to improve customer devices from angle measurement to total cost of ownership.

Dymeo^® is an alternative solution to bulky and heavy inductive sensors. It can replace magnetic sensors in case of difficulties to operate or optical sensors when it is difficult to integrate them.
