Fluke webinar on PV system testing

Fluke will hold a webinar on “Electrical safety, norms & standards: Testing PV systems in accordance to IEC 62446-1”.

The new Fluke webinar for PV system installation and maintenance staff concerns standards-compliant testing and ways to ensure correct and efficient operation

Application experts Will White and Krzysztof Ulfig will address the normative requirements and, going above and beyond the scope of the standard, present best testing practices to ensure proper system operation. Attendees will learn how to conduct measurements while ensuring electrical safety of photovoltaics installations.

The team will also introduce Fluke’s new, easy-to-use SMFT-1000 multifunction PV tester, which covers all requirements according to IEC 62446-1 and features I-V curve tracing for photovoltaics systems up to 1000 V DC, with walkthrough instructions for measurements, troubleshooting and documentation.

The free-of-charge webinar will take place on 8 May 2024, 5 – 6 pm CET.
