The broad product portfolio – the most extensive and diversified range of precision gears on the market – includes highly integrable component sets, user-friendly plug & play gearboxes, zero backlash strain wave gears, dynamic servo gearboxes and powerful rotary indexers, as well as compact AGV wheel drives and complete custom gear and drive system solutions. The production process is highly automated and optimised for maximum efficiency and consistently high quality.
The strain wave gears are produced at the Ovalo GmbH plant in Limburg (Lahn) according to automotive standards. Prior to delivery, the gears are subjected to a 100% inspection: Each individual gear unit is put through its paces. The high production capacity ensures maximum availability and dependable delivery times.
