Yamaha robots are at the heart of a wide variety of automated solutions for assembling, handling, and packaging items ranging from engineering components, electronics, and sub-assemblies to pharmaceutical products, textiles, and large battery modules for electric vehicles. The portfolio includes LCMR200 linear transfer system that provides high-speed, programmable workpiece transport with simplified control, bidirectional motion, and circulating and traversing units that boost flexibility and save space.

In addition, high-speed SCARA robots are offered in sizes from as small as 120mm arm length to large units that can handle payloads up to 50kg, including clean-room variants, space-saving ceiling mounts, and high-precision direct-drive models. There are also cartesian, single-axis, and multi-axis robots.

Completing the line-up, the range of accessories and options includes off-the-shelf grippers, as well as the RCXiVY2+ machine-vision system with its dedicated instruction set that ensures rapid integration and seamless processing. Moreover, system integrators and end users can take advantage of powerful software including Yamaha’s RCX Studio, with its intuitive graphical environment and 3D simulator, to conceptualise, program, and fine-tune their solutions.
