MC4-Evo stor: High-quality DC connection for battery energy storage systems

The market-leading MC4 photovoltaic connector portfolio of Stäubli now features a DC connection solution for battery energy storage systems called MC4-Evo stor. The new MC4-Evo stor for connecting battery energy systems (BESS) completes the MC4-Evo 2 product series as an important element extension to the DC 1500 V portfolio.

Stäubli unveils new TX2-160L HDP laser cutting robot at Automatica 2022

Stäubli recently launched the TX2-140 and the larger TX2-160, two new six-axis machines for the medium payload range. At booth 329 in hall B5 at this year's Automatica, the TX2-160L HDP, a special version for fiber laser cutting, is now celebrating its premiere.

Large format LXXL machines on the way to our customer

In February, our largest-format LXXL machines left home and are on their way to our customer weaving mills. The LXXL machine is equipped with 25,600 hooks controlled by our newest electronics concept NOEMI and independent Stäubli drive (ISD) for producing the premier fabrics for luxury clothes on rapier weaving machines.

Stäubli Plug & Play for Siemens TIA Portal

With uniVAL pi, Stäubli is now launching a software solution that will enable robot programming to be implemented in the future via the PLC, using Plug & Play in Siemens TIA Portal. Thanks to this optionally available communication interface, users can program Stäubli robots without manufacturer-specific, high-level language knowledge in their familiar environment - safely, quickly and efficiently.

Fit for forming and inspecting pressfittings

A Spanish manufacturer of high-quality stainless steel pressfittings has automated the forming and the in-line quality control of bent tubes made from stainless steel. Laser vision-based bin-picking, automated inspection and clever co-operation of two different types of Stäubli robots (six-axis and scara) are among the technologies used.
