SKF acquires startup companies in software development

SKF has acquired Form Automation Solutions (FAS), a US-based startup company active in software development.

FAS has developed GoPlant, a mobile-based solution for inspection and data collection for industrial applications. The technology will be integrated into SKF's existing offering for mobile solutions within Rotating Equipment Performance.
