The SCTL55 is the new portable, self-powered and user-friendly smart configurator for IO-Link sensors which allows easy and quick access to sensor data so as to manage sensor parameters anywhere at any time.
Through the 5.5” HD touchscreen display you can now access to advanced diagnostics, check operating hours, number of detections, operating cycles, alarms and much more.

You can verify your sensor status, including quality of run, process data and current temperature and easily change the operating sensor parameters, such as switch point mode, sensing distance, timing functions, output configuration (PNP/NPN/push-pull, NO/NC), to better meet the process requirements.

“As soon as you plug the sensor to one of the 3 connectors on the device, if the IODD file is not already memorized, the SCTL55 will automatically download it through the Wi-Fi, showing all sensor data in a few seconds.
