The new EUROCHAIN VX Vario electric chain hoist from Verlinde is a product from the EUROCHAIN VX range. This new generation of hoists, which can be adapted to each specific need, is based on innovative technology with a pioneering design, new materials and operating concepts. The lifting speed of the EUROCHAIN VX VARIO models is continuously adjustable thanks to the drive control, which provides many advantages.

Increased productivity
Continuous speed control provides smooth starts, quick accelerations and smoother stops to optimise load-handling operations. The ESR system makes it possible to adjust the lifting speed of the acceleration and deceleration ramps in accordance with the load, up to twice as fast with lighter loads. This threshold-free variation of the lifting movements ensures extremely precise positioning of loads and greater flexibility of use. Having a minimum speed of 0.15 m/min to 0.65 m/min depending on the version, with EUROCHAIN VX VARIO, even the least experienced operators can handle loads without risk of damage. The continuous speed control also offers greater productivity.

Longer equipment life
Continuous speed control reduces mechanical shocks through smoother starts and stops. Reducing the number and level of shocks to bridge, jib or structural components significantly increases the life of the structure.
In addition, continuous speed control allows the electric brake to be used first during deceleration before the mechanical brake is applied. Using the mechanical brake only as a holding brake ("parking" brake) increases its service life.

Uncompromising safety
The EUROCHAIN VX VARIO hoist incorporates an electronic load sensor to prevent overloading and slippage control with torque limiter. The hoist is equipped with a 50% active damping system against the polygon effect.
