KIPP UNILOCK: MAXIMUM FLEXIBILITY WITH MINIMUM SETUP TIMES
KIPP's UNILOCK clamping pins are 100% compatible between the zero-point- and 5-axis module clamping systems.
The KIPP UNILOCK zero-point clamping system enables quick and accurate clamping and referencing of fixtures and workpieces on all material cutting machining centres. Whether pallets, vices, fixtures or workpieces, this system enables rapid exchanges with defined reference points and a repeat accuracy of better than 0.005mm.
The KIPP UNILOCK 5-axis module clamping systems in sizes 50, 80, and 138 have been specially developed for interference-free 5-sided machining. The systems can be individually assembled and newly combined for any application due to the modular design and the multitude of options. A large variety of clamping pins enables these workpiece direct clamping systems to be optimally adapted to any workpiece.
