The new Parental Leave Benefit is available to all employees who have completed one year of service and applies equally to all parents—regardless of gender, adoption, or surrogacy status. In countries where pay reductions are not permitted, the benefit is offered as 88 days at full pay. The policy will be implemented across all relevant countries by summer 2025.

This benefit is more than just time off—it’s a statement of values.
