After exploring the options of robotics welding systems Sparta Ltd, one of UK's leading sub-contract engineering companies, settled for the compact and self-contained ArcWorld CS robot cell from YASKAWA.
The STMicroelectronics LIS2DTW12 combines a MEMS 3-axis accelerometer and a temperature sensor on a single die for use in space-constrained and battery-sensitive detectors such as shipping trackers, wearables, and IoT endpoints.
+ RealWear and UROS plan to deploy 10,000 HMT-1 devices powered by the Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ Mobile Platform to digitally connect the Industrial Workforce in Kazakhstan.
The new family of safety sensors from Pepperl+Fuchs - the inventor of the inductive proximity sensor - includes four cylindrical and rectangular series with cable and plug connection. The sensors are TÜV-certified in accordance with the Machinery Directive (EN 13849) Performance Level PLd, Category 2, and SIL 2. They are used to safeguard machines and plant components as well as for reliable position detection within this environment. Inductive sensors with an increased temperature range, as well as increased EMC resistance and E1 approval for the use of mobile machinery and vehicles in safety-critical areas, round off this new portfolio.
The technology centre IK4-IDEKO has taken part in the RELASHET project, which focuses on the control of stresses that are generated during the manufacturing processes of metal alloys.
