However, building the digital mock-up, usually coming out from the design office, isn’t enough to serve as its digital twin.

Indeed, until now, it was impossible to individually follow each part installed within an assembly. This functionality is very important though. For instance, the information about the air conditioner 1 was identical to that of air conditioner 2. Each air conditio- ner didn’t have a lifecycle of its own.

It’s been specifically designed as a portal for searching through and accessing all the digital data of the company via 3D (engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, sup- port, quality assurance, documentation, learning).

Connected to the information system, it allows for contextualizing and directly ac- cessing the business data on a complete, configured and up-to-date mock-up.

This access is secured. It can be restricted, or on the contrary, granted to the partners of the company.

Thanks to the possibility to distinguish individually each part of a manufactured product, 3D Juump Infinite positions itself as a major tool to maintain the digital continuity. Indeed, our platform ensures the reliability of the products at any point in time. By simply selecting a part in the 3D display, one can access its information. Conversely, a search or a filtering on the data will show immediately the correspon- ding 3D parts.

3D Juump Infinite revealed to be adapted to monitor KPIs. Its capability to aggregate all the information (3D, variations, metadata, texts, documents, ...) lets you develop digital dashboards for monitoring products as they are operated, either by you or your clients.
