Alliance Electronics announces the acquisition of ACE Electronics

Alliance Electronics has completed the acquisition of ACE electronics Belgium, a Belgium-based electronics supplier. This operation is part of Alliance Electronics' strategy to become the European leader in the High Mix-Low Volume segment.

ACE electronics Belgium develops and produces high-end electronic applications for a wide range of industries. Its all-inclusive services are flexible, ranging from technical engineering to just-in-time delivery of fully assembled microelectronic applications.
This acquisition will bring the number of Alliance Electronics industrial sites to 5 (2 in France, 1 in Tunisia, 1 in Portugal, and now 1 in Belgium), for a total of approximately 820 employees. Combined with other acquisitions in progress, it will enable Alliance Electronics to reach its objective of €100M turnover in 2022, thanks to the support of its financial partner Waterland Private Equity.
