Eiffage Génie Civil constructs what will become France's largest renewable hydrogen facility
This new facility will produce hydrogen through water electrolysis, powered by green electricity, with an output of 2,800 tons per year (20 MW in the first phase).
For this project, nearly 10 months of work will be required, with 5,000 m³ of concrete to be poured on site, 4,650 m² of fireproof walls, 5 meters high, to be installed, and 50 workers to be mobilized at peak times.

The production unit will supply heavy transportation in the region (maritime, land, river, and rail), positioning the area as a key player in the energy transition by preventing the emission of 28,000 tons of CO₂ equivalent per year.
